This is for men and women, anyone can benefit from the nutrients in organ meats. Comes with a 2 year shelf-life but the expiration date is hard to find on the label. comes without cotton so it would have been nicer in a smaller containers (less plastic waste) and protect the capsules because they wouldn't slosh around in transit.
Everything about this supplement is awesome--from the beef source to the capsule! Clean ingredients are so important. I have been taking freeze dried beef liver capsules and doing castor oil packs for a year and love how I have felt. I'm in my forties and looking to support my hormones and this is definitely the way to go! I winced when I saw that I needed to swallow 3 of these capsules a day because like the liver capsules, there is definitely an odor but I'm allowing myself to chase it down with juice an it's fine. Very happy to have found this product.
I take 3 capsules daily as recommended and they are easy to swallow with water. They don't have any bad aftertaste and they don't cause any allergies or irritations. These capsules are easy to take. They don't really have a taste.I can't tell a difference yet but figure they are a long term health benefit.I really like that the source is grassfed. I also like that the only ingredients are the organs and the gelatin capsult.The price is pretty steep at $56 for 90 capsules at time of review.Other than the price, I do recommend these!
